Default KK goes tits up in NL25

MP was UBER UBER aggressive 65/50/5. He basically kept raising constantly and so the plan here was the limp re-raise. In typical fashion however he limps behind and so does everyone else. How's my post-flop play here? A few questions:

Flop, 3-bet or call?
Turn, Raise or call (pretty sure calling is the way to go here)?
River, Block bet or check/call? Anyone lead for $10-12 here?
