I've always tracked my BR using a simple text document on my desktop but today I upgraded to a fancy little spreadsheet I put together. I thought someone else might want to use it as well so I thought I would upload it for anyone that wants it.

All the "Total" fields are auto calculated so all you need to do is keep the individual days up to date and it will calculate the rest. If you have any questions, let me know.



For those that don't know how to use megaupload....

2. On the top right hand corner of the webpage you will see a small text box with a 3 letter code beside it. Enter the 3 letter code into the box and click download.

3. A timer will appear and countdown from 45 secs. Once the counter reaches 0 you will be given a link to download the file.
