ummm Im pretty sure these kinds of things are the easy to get around. If your not 21 use your dads name. I mean if you live with him they would never be able to tell inless there was some kind of problem and they had to talk to you some how or something. then there shouldnt be a problem. thats basicly how i use to get around stuff when i was younger, had stuf like ebay accounts and paypal accounts since i was like 14-15 and stuff. I mean that stuff is not very hard to pull off because they dont really care. But lets just say i could of gambled online at 13 if i wanted to.
