Hmmm, he just raised 2 blinds the normal "i just want to steal blinds" thing and the 14/17 position means that i definitely need to double up or steal some blinds soon. Its probably one of my best choices so i would probably go all-in, get called and lose from his A10 with a straight when my J had come.
On the other hand its better to steal blinds from someone that cares about his chips and probably not call my all-in, than just flip the coin and hope.
It would depend if i saw him raising with 910s or something.. A very difficult situation.
