This hand wasn't played well by you, and isn't even worthy of being called a bad beat.
Your opponent made a terrible call preflop (but thats why you should beat this level). He then called a 1/2 pot size bet with 9 outs if he puts you on an overpair. He then called down with the winning hand.
You put far more money into this pot when you were behind than ahead and you had 1 pair on a board showing lots of conected cards for likely 2 pairs and a 1 card straight.
I think you need to be betting pot on the flop and then 1/2 pot on the turn rather than the other way around.
As I have said before you need to find some way to change your attitude. If I played this hand I would be angry with myself for putting 100bb into a pot I was losing. I would be angry with myself for betting the flop weak. I would be angry that I decided to overbet the pot on a 1 card straight board. I would question why I pushed the river.
You need to focus on what you can control, which is your own play.
You would probably think I was a donk if you played against me because if I know your willing to put your whole stack in with TT on that board I would call your raises and 1/2 pot bets with a very wide range of hands.
