i think you need more of a read on this person to make a good call here.. its a though situation. I think there are some questions you gotta asked yourself here..#1) you represent AA KK or QQ pf, this guy(if hes not a donk) should probabley assume if you have ace heart your going to make the call...#2) he knows what you have after the flop and knows that its a tough call to make with aa kk or qq unless your drawing to ace high flush. So if he is drawing or has an middle pair its a good bluffing situation. especially if he has the ace of hearts..#3) If he did make the flush or set he knows you most likely have an overpair and knows its a tough fold..
giving that and no other information on this person i would fold...if he made the bluff then good for him. Eather that or he had you and felt that'd you couldn't lay down an overpair.. tough fold
