Dan Harrington recommends the same thing - that sounds good to me.

Like Bonch said, you do want them to make mistakes, but you may as well get payed the max for the minimum risk.

Spots like this are tough, I would be much more likely to call in an MTT, becaue you are going to play in a full ring longer and you need to steadily get chips to make the money. In these games, you can make the money without winning a hand sometimes.

I don't feel like risking chips early is worth as much - but QQ is a big hand and hard to just drop. I would play it like steve-o, push and double up, or lose and move on the the next.

Girevik and I played one of these yesterday, we both busted out 8th and 7th. It was slow as hell and these two horrible players kept sucking out. We both had each player trapped once and they ended up rivering us.
