When I'm playing low stakes sit and go tourneys I only play AA and KK and sometimes QQ and AKs until the 25/50 level. (I do limp from LP with pairs, AXs suited, and suited connectors,in the first 2 levels as well)

When I pick up one of these hands (AA and KK, and sometimes, about 50%, QQ or AKs) I do 1 of 2 things,

#1 I bet my stack regardless of the blinds, you would be amazed how often people call and the hands they call with!

#2 I limp and hope for a raise to reraise all in or if people only call I see the flop cheap, not really what i'm looking for though.

If someone has you beat so be it, move on to the next tourney. if you double up early in one of these your almost guaranteed an in the money finish.
