I suppose, only t200 above minimum. I wanted to save myself some chips if he pushed after my raise. There were times when I would just push this after his min-raise, but I was always getting called by low/mid/high pocket pairs. The stack which he has left is about the size of the pot, leaving little room for check-raises and folding after betting the flop.
