Default AQs OOP v. shortstack

OK. I have big problems with shortstacks, especially OOP that just shove every flop they like. He was playing check/push to every flop he liked OOP and potting every flop he liked when checked to. He's your typical bonehead that sat with $150 and doubled up with 88 when he check/called all-in the flop after hitting his set and putting the pot $36 in PF and cracked JJ. But he's shoved 2 other flops that I remember and not been called.

He's been here for 45 minutes at most and that was the only hand he's showndown besides when he limped OTB with T9s behind 4 others and called 2/3pot on the river after the hand was checked down beforehand (Board: Q-4-4-9-7rbw).

Stack sizes:
UTG: $940
CO: $355.50
Button: $473
Double Gutted: $922
BB: $669.50

Pre-flop: (5 players) Double Gutted is SB with
UTG folds, CO raises to $18, Button folds, Double Gutted raises to $55.50, BB folds, CO calls $37.50.

Anyone just calling here? If so, how would you have approached this flop?

Flop: ($117, 2 players)
Double Gutted bets $99, CO raises all-in $300, Double Gutted calls.

EDIT: Anyone going for the CRAI here? Or bet smaller and fold to a push?

Thoughts from PF to flop call? Should I be making so many actions made to commit myself to these stacks in spots like this?
