no, you beat him into the pot.

even if he has a flush you have a reasonable chance to improve. and he has a draw alot of the time, an overpair (w/ or w/out a heart) AJ, KJ, lots of weird shit, you are way ahead of his range here, you have to raise this flop.

how do you play the turn if its a heart? how do you smooth call knowing there is still action behind you?

you say turn was a non heart but now there are straight possibilities...if the guy is bad enough to have 67 here(raise in ep after a limper) than how are you not getting it all in on this flop/turn, he could have anything.
