Seriously if you feel like you get a lot of bad beats you probably should play your hands faster. I feel like I very rarely get bad beats and that is because I very rarely gay bet my strong hands.

Thats not an overbet to me there. Its not even a potsized raise and given your chip stack and the drawing nature of the board any bet other than all in on that turn would be a huge mistake in my opinion. You may well be losing already to flopped trips/straight and its hard to imagine any 2 pair hand you beat is calling a min raise and folding to an all in.

Also if the drawing hands fold or call it doesn't matter you are making long term either way.
