i would bet 4$ on the flop, when he raises me on flop i would assume he has 2pair or better.

When the turn pairs the ten, the chance of him having the ten is drastically decreased, so if he has 2pair or better he probably has a shit 2 pair like 23, or he has a set 22/33. However his turn check behind is kinda weird, it could signifiy that he was maybe raising with a big draw on the flop to get a free river card (maybe a 45 of diamonds). He could also be checking behind because he knows u have a T, and hes holding 23 in which case he now knows hes beat. Or he could also be checking behind to give u a free card because he made his FH, and knows that ur drawing to the flush.

With that being said, I put out a value/blocking bet on the river of 1/3rd the ps (i'd bet about $7.5) and fold to a raise (he would only raise this river with something that beats you - KT or under isnt going to check behind on taht turn (also chance of him having a T in his hand is rare), 23 is definately not raising you, the only thing he would have raised this river with that would have played the hand like it did is 5d6d, 22, 33, T3, T2.

If you have a read, and u think ur hand is best here. It is at best a call imo.
