I wouldn't have re raised the river here, the only hand you're beating that I see you being called by is a weaker 10.
He's potentially bluffing a busted flush draw but you don't get any more for raising here anyway.
Overpair is unlikely, unless he's a donkey and didn't notice the 10 on the turn.
