Default Better to see a river or take it now?

Very tilt influenced, i wont deny that. I was just getting tired of outdraws every hand. I didnt like the board, and this guy has been trying to push me around since i sat down.

Pre-flop: (5 players) Hero is Button with
2 folds, Hero raises to $1, SB folds, BB calls.

Flop: ($2.1, 2 players)
BB bets $1, Hero raises to $3.25, BB calls.

Turn: ($8.6, 2 players)
BB bets $2, Hero raises all-in $13.35, BB folds.
Uncalled bets: $11.35 returned to Hero.

Results:
Final pot: $12.6

He only has to call $11.35 into a $26.60 pot, so its not like its a crazy overbet or anything, i just didnt want a river
