play this hand like u are ahead until he tells you you are behind. this means putting in a potsize raise on the flop and betting the turn. If he 3bets flop, then u kno to slow down, if he doesnt, then ur ahead and can continue betting turn when its checked to you.

i would have raised this flop to 550-600, then get it all in on the turn.
