I would play this very agressivly. Even if your oponent has top two pair, you are actually ahead to win the hand if you get all your money in on the flop. Id probably make a medium sized bet, if he plays back, id get all in. You have a monster draw plus 2 more outs assuming he doesnt have a set.

The medium sized bet would be to build up the pot, but if he plays back at you, its not a bad idea to get all in. Even if he calls you are still a favorite against most hands.
