Default Why do i bother to raise when im ahead?

Why should i raise PF/call a raise PF?

Why should i re-raise a raise when i know im ahead?

It just gives them more money to suck me out of.

Cause i mean, 410 offsuit is worth 3BB Pre-flop

And, of course a pair of 4's is without a doubt still good with multiple PF callers of a raise, a raise after the flop, and a re-raise to 8BB. But those 4's are still good, right, he should call, right?

Why the fuck do i bother.

Someone please get me the fuck off this site and trade with me

Absolute Poker
No Limit Holdem Ring game
Blinds: $0.10/$0.25
5 players
Converter

Pre-flop: (5 players) Hero is CO with
UTG calls, Hero calls, Button calls, SB calls, BB raises to $0.75, UTG calls, Hero calls, Button calls, SB calls.

Flop: ($3.75, 5 players)
SB checks, BB bets $0.5, UTG calls, Hero raises to $2, 2 folds, BB calls, UTG calls.

So i figure im in great position. Not only did the AK/AQ/AJ/a10 whatever people were raising with didnt hit, but if they turn or river there ace, i straight them. Perfect, right?
Turn: ($9.75, 3 players)
BB checks, UTG is all-in $3.7, Hero calls all-in.

River: ($17.15, 0 player + 2 all-in - Main pot: $17.15)

Results:
Final pot: $17.15
Villain shows 410o

Wait, but i still have $1.75 left, i can make a comback, right? Well, get it to $4, but god forbid i do not get rivered for once in my life. to my PP against 2 overs. But nope, there last chance to win always does.
