a] At best..ppl will fold everytime you do 4bb... or even worse - if they know what they are doing then they will call..lol

b] If your on blinds are you really going to give up BB to every 4xbb raise?

Poker at even mid-limits is very little about your starting cards... Think carefully about 1] and 2]... we're here to help....
