Had to deal with frozen accounts more then once.

As alex said, if ur clean, u WILL get ur money back, if ur not, you WILL NOT get ur money back. They have very strict (but with good reason) rules and there is NO way to get around them, or holes to slip through. Once ur account is frozen aswell, it will not be re-opened usually without sending them a scan or fax of ur ID card (sent to e-fax@paypro.com).

As long as u are 100% legit, it will work out fine
