My account was frozen about a month and a half ago because of a transfer from a fraudulent account. They investigated me and I got my account back with all of the money minus what was in that transfer in a little over 3 weeks.

If you're clean, you'll get everything back.

If not, you'll lose it.

I'm happy it happened and happy that PartyPoker takes multi-accounting seriously. I was pissed off and going crazy at the time (as Steve can confirm from our 8AM conversation with me still up from the night before). All's well that end's well, though and if you're clean, you'll get your shit back. Send them whatever they ask you to send them and do what they say will take to get your money back. If they give you no options, then they've confirmed that you're dirty.

It's really that simple.
