A 3bb raise from SB to BB looking for action, this is OK because you want him to call with a hand like K7, which he does.
Now there are 3 cards on flop, you check (looking to check raise? - not too bad BUT giving free card)
A 4th card on turn - you Check again - should really bet here if not flop but give another free card.
River comes out. Now 5 cards on board.
You now bet $4 and he min raises. CALL!!!
You lose $7 post flop and are unlucky he hit 2 pair.
However when pushing all in - what is he really calling with that you beat? This costs you $16 unecessarily and is a big leak.
He may have KQ, 78, 67 or something depending on what other rag was maybe even a straight was possible. Remember 1 pair is not a strong hand when showndown to the river.

not to sound critical but Wota is right here... .. Your play was flawed...you need to read quite a bit.. even when you're a winning player - you don't win that much.. but when you're a losing player - you can lose a lot...
