Pretty much.
Early on, you just don't wanna get too committed to pots and be willing to keep them small. A little bit of trial and error will map out your attack plan at little investment. A lot of people like to go for the big KO (and I don't play these much, maybe 5 a week on Stars), but that doesn't work because there's no reason to play huge pots with someone you don't know what gonna make them play that big pot. (Did that make sense?)
These are great and a ton of fun. If you REALLY wanna learn heads-up, play on Prima for cash. I like to play about 4-6 hours a week. I learn more pattern mapping in myself and others there than anywhere else. They have really cheap tables. Very, very worth it.
