I hope to have graduated law school by then and have my business well-staffed enough to not be so hands-on. Then, I can focus on my Law career. I've been aggressive with my money now because I have no aspirations to becoming some half-million dollar a year lawyer. I want to be a prosecutor in the State's office or Federal office and there's not much money there.

I've invested in real estate as well. I have 4 buildings now and I'd like to have 8-10 in five years. I hope that by then, my business is at a point where I don't have to play too much poker because I won't be making much money from my job when you consider costs of living in Chicago and the loans that I'll probably have to take out in Law School because I don't want to ask my dad for tuition if I'm in a jam. He's paid for my undergrad even when he's known full well that I've been willing to grind it out on my own.

Five years at the largest Catholic school in the nation has costed him $75k out of his pocket after scholarships and the financial aid I never received. That's about $75k more than I'd be willing to ask for. I'll take out the loans if I have to and taking care of them in 5 years saying that I'd've been better off loanign from my dad and paying him back. But still, I'd rather do it on my own.
