Default Wierd RNG question....

Has anyone else noticed that the RNG's on each site tend to be *different* than each other? For instance, I find I play certain hands on one site because I seem to hit them a majority of the time, but I dont play them on another because I dont hit them (according to PT anyways). It just seems that after playing 20K hands and starting to notice this, then to see it on PT that I can review, I started to kind of pattern this...

I know RNG's are supposed to be completely random, but so is a real deck of cards and if I can get dealt 2 identical hole cards 3 hands in a row live, or say 48o and flop 567 or 56 and turn a 7 and win them all, it can and has happened online too... So, is anyone else with me thinking that RNG's aren't so..... Random???
