Bob has a good handle on it.

AA-TT is a good place to start. I do raise with AK early. If I am first in I made a 4-7bb raise. If the money in the pot is >= 20% of my stack, I just open push vs limpers. Still messing with reraising criteria.

I add AQ and 99 in later positions I will also limp with a variety of hands after limpers, all pairs, J9s, 76s Axs and such. I prefer sc to Axs though.

I like to buy in for 24bbs. Reload at 16 or so. I don't want to let my stack get too small. Sucks to finally pick up AA wiend you have 10bbs and you don't even get back to even.

I leave when I hit 40bbs + and open a new table.

I am much more anxious to get all in than Bob is. Some tables you can't attack the blinds like Bob suggests. On active tables just want for the big hands and double or triple up. On passive tables limp in more with all pairs and suited big aces. Don't go broke in unraised family pots with just top pair, espcially on the turn and river.

Big aces and pairs 88-JJ are very table dependant.

My stats are about 12.5% for VPIP and a little over 4% for PFR. Your raise should be below 4 on active tables.
