The guy to the left of the guy sitting out told the guy on his right to "stay off his big blind" and to just let him have the sitting out guy's small blind when I folded, and he'd do the same. Said it was "common courtesy". Sounds like rubbish to me, fair enough 3 handed, but 4 handed... bit dubious. As it was I wanted to coast into the money anyway I so I folded most hands (but not all).
