Flop 600 is quite an overbet in the SnG world. You're stack is healthy and if he flopped the nuts and check calls here he's almost guaranteed your stack. Taking the pot here is fine, its already 600 which is a ncie addition to your stack.
Assuming you bet say 350. Betting about the same or a little more on the turn. Checking is terrible when this card hits, its basically a blank so without a read checking is bad here.
River: Value bet it, you'll win more often than not when you are called. Fold to a raise.
