Yes I think 2 tables is ample, as i folded hands by accident on the river when i tried too many.

I've won on 1/2 and higher limits consistantly in the past, i was really wondering what the best thing is to do after a big win?

I have actually cashed in the 200 i won and will continue 1/2 with 200 but only on two tables tonight not 3 as it was annoying pressing the wrong buttons due to screens popping up all over the place.
