Default Hi..

there's a very old saying in poker (at least 18 months old).. "quads dry the pack.." they look spectacular when you get them but.. the only thing you can hope for is that someone trips or get an ace high flush on the turn or river ... and so slow play is the way..

If you look at what remains if you have quads.. there is zilch.. maybe an overpair.. AA should have knocked 22 out preflop .. so that hope has gone.. you only have the x card and turn and river cars for your opponents to play with...

Out of interest... I folded quads twice at Doyles yesterday.. (ok it was preflopand I'm sure theres something funny at Doyles.. but I aint complaining).. but if I had stayed in. .I would have won about 20bb total...

Bob.....
